Unlike many auction houses who provide no service for very high fees, this company went out of their way to help the buyer and so satisfied the seller!

I bought a rare fragile item in a timed auction and although advertised as not postable the company agreed to pack at my expense and made it ready for my carrier. After 52 years of buying at auction it’s great to find a company who are customer centred and service orientated. Communications were all quick and to the point while remaining friendly. When faced with the task of clearing my brother’s flat by a 2 week deadline, a friend recommended Isaac’s for the task. From the outset, Ian was straight with us about what he could take to sell and offered a fair price for those items. We agreed a date and price for him to return to clear the flat. Yesterday (1st August 24) he arrived at the time agreed, he advised us that he had started working with Cancer Research and they would be bringing a van also. Within 3 hours the flat was clear, with Cancer Research getting the lion’s share of the furniture that they would be able to sell in their shops. Ian was taking the stuff that couldn’t be sold eg mattress, furniture with no fire certificate. The clearance was completed efficiently and would not hesitate to recommend Ian and his team.

Brilliant service, thank you Isaac. From the very start Isaac has done everything they said they would, and more besides. They did a very difficult house clearance of my late Aunt's home, a home she had been in for the best part of 70 years that was just full of "stuff". Everywhere was left tidy and even each of the sheds and garages were swept clean upon completion. First time buying at this auction, it will not be the last. Exceptional personal customer service from Ian, above and beyond. Sorted out an issue around delivery costs for me. Very good in house postage costs, well packed, quickly delivered. I buy at a number of auctions but this has to rate in my top three. This experience made me feel that my custom was valued and appreciated, my issues addressed promptly, I was not left dangling. I really can't praise them enough. Couldn't rate ISAAC any higher!

For many years I have bought from auction houses both in the UK and abroad. Service levels vary enormously. Recently, I bought for the very first time at ISAAC. The pre sale enquiry I sent was answered pretty much straight away. Bidding was easy, and the invoice coming through with postage already added if needed, which saved time having to contact the auction house to have it added on. Delivery was super fast, packing was more than adequate (2 quite light lots which could easily have been damaged if they had not been packed so well), and a postage charge that was extremely reasonable. I'm tired of so many auction houses who either charge extortionate shipping prices, or who don't even offer this service. Couldn't rate ISAAC any higher!

Used Ian when selling the contents of a church and would happily recommend. Ian was very helpful and fair in his valuation of items - I only wish we had contacted him sooner! Wow that was easy!

I had lots of bits and pieces large and small in a container and unsure what to do with it all. I met the owners of Isaac auctions previously at a antique show. I gave them a call to see if they would be interested in having a look at it. Wow that was easy, we arranged a day and time convenient, they brought a van. We spent a good few hours going through it all, and everything was checked and written on a list. They packed the van, job done. Communication is great, you get an email telling you all you need to know, when your items are going to be auctioned, lot numbers etc.... at the end of the auction you get another email telling you what sold or didn’t. Then they pay you after commissions deducted, it was so easy, no stress and they do all the work. Unsold items get listed in following auctions. I got money for things that We’re going to the tip, if I hadn’t have rung them. Try it, you can always say no to them taking it. Very happy customer.
