At ISAAC Auctioneers & Valuers we provide an easy, accessible and transparent selling experience. Whether you are new to selling items at auction or not we will provide you with a friendly selling approach based upon our experience in order to reach the highest possible sale prices.
Items may be dropped off at our Battlesbridge address by prior arrangement. You can also arrange to use our in house collection service. Please contact us for further details and fees for this service.
A member of the ISAACs team will be on hand to provide guidance on your item(s) and to appraise in terms of auction valuation(s).
Once your items have been consigned by ISAAC Auctioneers & Valuers you will receive a signed receipt for all items/lots. This not only includes our Terms and Conditions it also provides us with your authority to sell the item(s).
You will also be sent a statement with your cheque listing full details of the lot, the hammer price and details of the deduction of commission and relevant charges.
Commission rate for all sellers is 18% applied to the hammer price.
Loss and Damage Warranty Fee 1.5% of the Hammer Price (minimum fee of £1) will be charged per sold lot.
Payment to Sellers is usually made by cheque. If you would like to receive payment by bank transfer, please contact us to make arrangements.
Unsold lots which Sellers do not wish to re-offer for sale are stored free of charge for seven working days, after which a charge of £5 per lot per day is incurred. An ISAAC team member will be in contact should this situation arise and discuss how you wish to proceed.
Should any Seller have any questions or concerns during the selling process an ISAAC team member will always be happy to talk and answer any questions.
